Cartagena is the fifth largest city in Columbia and has an extensive history dating back to 4000BC. In 1984, it’s colonial area and fortress we designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Jim Mueller and his associates at I-Sustain traveled through the area to explore the region’s growth opportunities in 2009.
